When you’re trusting the storage of valuable things, you want to know that safety and security, and accessibility, are most important to your the storage facility. I found that to be true at The Storage Place, Aledo. What I didn’t expect was their kindness and care toward me as a person! I once locked myself out of my unit…on a SUNDAY. And within minutes I heard from both the owner and the manager on site, there to help me into my space so I could complete a move in a timely manner. When it was time to finally “move out,” they were generous and friendly. I highly recommend The Storage Place! Wonderful people, fantastic facility, competitive prices!!!

We rented a uhal van from here, the girl at the front was very professional and very informative. The van was clean, the area wasn't ... We rented a uhal van from here, the girl at the front was very professional and very informative. The van was clean, the area wasn't very busy at all. The one negative I have about the whole transaction was that they should definitely give you your return gate code at the beginning. The reason I say that is because we sat there for almost an hour at the gate at 9pm trying to get our code to put the van back, other than that everything was smooth.
